Rescue Chicago knows how important it is to have a self-care routine. The focus of this event was themed around, "Taking care of those who forget to take care of ourselves".
The event
Canna Bella Lux opened up our doors to provide a comfortable, safe space to share in a guided meditation, reiki, chair massages, discussion, wine (and non-alcoholic beverages), desserts and more!
We all learned more about compassion fatigue and provided some anxiety-reducing activities.

Proceeds from ticket purchases will be used to purchase a collar & leash set for a Chicago Animal Care & Control dog going to its forever home. 💖
